Hi, my name is Payton Fearnside. I am an online nutrition & fitness coach, certified personal trainer, coffee lover, wifey, and Christian.
I got into weight lifting in 2013 when I could no longer run due to a shin injury.
The changes I have seen personally with my mind, body, and spirit have inspired me to want to help others. I have been able to learn through personal experience, coaches, bodybuilding, friends, and my education with ISSA.
